Grahame Lynch
CEO
Grahame founded Decisive in 1994, launching the Communications Day newsletter. He won the Australian Telecommunications Users Group Journalist of the Year award in 1996 and the Service Providers' Association of Australia Media Excellence award in 1997. He then took leave-of-absence from Decisive, joining Advanstar in Hong Kong as group editor of Telecom Asia and Telecom China. Here, he launched Wireless Asia magazine. In 1999, he was promoted to group editorial director of Advanstar Telecom Group, in charge of America's Network, Telepress Latino America and the aforementioned Asian titles. Under his stewardship, America's Networ k was nominated for a record six National Magazine Awards in 2001. In April 2001, he returned to Decisive to spearhead the company's Asian expansion. Lynch has also written a book, Bandwidth Bubble Bust: The Rise and Fall of the Global Telecom Industry, published in the US in July 2001. He has also been extensively published in Australian business and tech titles, including BRW, The Bulletin and The Australian. Grahame alternates between Australia, Singapore and Thailand and has provided consultancy for a number of Asian and Australian companies. He is also a director of Touchwood Eurasia, an managed agarwood plantation company and the publisher of Thailand Business Informer.

Natalie Apostolou
Australasian Editorial Director
Natalie joined Decisive as an assistant editor in 1995, gaining promotion to editor of Communications Day in 1997. She was subsequently promoted to editorial director in 2001. Natalie has broad responsibility for managing the Australian operation. She won an Australian Telecommunications Users Group Journalist of the Year award in 1998. Her work has been published widely in titles including The Australian, Telecom Asia and America's Network. Natalie previously worked as a writer with Connections Magazine in Sydney.

Tim Marshall
Regional Managing Editor, Asia
Working for publications in Europe and the Asia Pacific, including CommsDay Global, Tim Marshall has been charting the fortunes and failures of the global telecommunications industry since 1996. He is currently Decisive's Asia Pacific managing editor, focusing on next-generation mobile, broadband, global networks and regulation. Following a four-year stint as news editor for Australian industry newsletter Communications Day, Tim relocated to the UK to work with start-up news and streaming video provider TelecomTV. There, he filled the role of daily news editor and on-camera presenter, while also overseeing offsite television production for events such as 3GSM Cannes and ITU Telecom World Geneva. Previous freelance work has included The Australian,Telecom Asia, NetGuide, Mobility and Media Day.

Patrick Neighly
Regional Managing Editor, Americas
Patrick joined Decisive after stints as a features writer and managing editor for America's Network, based in California. He won the 2001 Maggie award for best news story and was nominated for best interview the same year. His books include Anarchy for the Masses, Texarkana, The Supernaturalists and Subatomic. Patrick is the major writer for CommsDayGlobal. He is based in Los Angeles.
